A little introduction to get us started. Bob started raising and wholesaling exotic birds in the early 1970’s. In 1982 Bob and Robert, father and son, opened their first retail location at Bargaineer Fleamarket in Odessa, FL. In 1983 they relocated to Port Richey, FL to what is now known as USA Fleamarket.
On December 5 th, 1992 , Bob and Robert opened their current location at 7200-19 Ridge Road in the Shoppes of Orchid Lake. The store is 4,500sf and they offer a beautiful selection of freshwater and marine life, birds from the smallest finches to the biggest macaws, small animals, and reptiles.

Bob’s Feathered Friends Inc is open 7 days a week, Monday through Saturday 9am to 9pm and Sunday 10am to 6pm. We only close for Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Our hours for other holidays are usually 9am to 5pm but call to double-check.
